Answer
Which Browser?

If Youtube is still using Flash Player, you'll want to update your version of Flash for your browser (Chrome updates automatically when the most current version of Chrome is installed), then make sure the Flash volume is enabled and turned up. You can usually do this by hovering your mouse over the Flash speaker icon and moving the slider up or down.

The most current version of Flash is 30.0.0.113 but since you didn't tell us your operating system or the browser you're using, I can't give you links to the Flash downloads. So I'll simply say, get the newest version.

Hope this helps

Links To Flash
Jun 14, 2018 2:19PM PDT

For Firefox, the direct download link is below:

http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/30.0.0.113/install_flash_player.exe

For Internet Explorer and Edge, Windows Update will install the latest version of Flash or you can download it from the link below for offline installation.

https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=4287903

And for Chrome, as mentioned previously, the latest version of Chrome will automatically have the latest version of Flash.

Once you've got Flash installed, be sure to enable it in your browser and follow my previous instructions.

Hope this helps.
