I see no PC details so I can't guess if this is some Dell and we need Dell's apps to turn on or detect such.
We know that Windows has never found the right drivers so for anyone to help, full machine details are required. Also, what tells us the audio works on this PC? Maybe some USB audio is next.

As title says, I have tried ABSOLUTELY nearly everything, I have full reset my computer, uninstalled, reinstalled ALL drivers of my computer, my audio , my motherboard, you name it I feel like I have tried it.
I plug my speakers in and it just does not recognise anything, I would really like to get this fixed, any help would be awesome
Right now I just have a red X "no speakers or headphones are plugged in" when they are,
Please help.
