Question

Computer acting weird

Sep 16, 2017 10:50AM PDT

I opened my pc this morning and when I tried to open it,everything but the booting time was normal(booting time is 2 times slower). Then the weird stuff happened; It got me a black screen for 1 second, after that it showed me again the windows 10 boot logo with the spinning dots under it but with the cursor too(I could move the cursor around the screen). After that(5-10 seconds)it showed me a black screen with the cursor(it stayed on the screen for about 30 seconds/one minute). And after all this it looked just fine.Signed in just as normal but then surprise surprise....None of the programs were opening, just CTRL+ALT+DEL and pressing windows key(of course with a huge delay).
When it came to booting from safe mode, everything is just fine.
Forgot to mention that resetting/recovering the pc doesn’t work,it load like in 5 minutes and then it says that the recovery/reset couldn’t or done.
That is all.Please help me find the problem.PC specs are:Core i7 7700,Asus STRIX 1060 6GB, 12 GB ram.

I'd start with system restore to the latest restore point that still was OK. Success not guaranteed.
