That's a question for their customer service.
Do you and your daughter use the same Windows account (login) on that PC? Try if it goes better if you each have your own login, both on the PC and with them.
The last two times that I got online and booked a vacation after I had entered all of my information and submitted it my daughters name came up instead of mine and it was with different booking companies. She also signed up to Strava and entered her info but when she signed in my profile came up is there some way we are connected somehow and is there a way to find out where? I'm not to good with computers but would appreciate any help
