TRied Removing The New RAM?
Jun 10, 2007 3:12AM PDT

The RAM might be bad and if the old RAM still works, you might already have the culprit.

Tried reseating the RAM? Tried placing the largest stick of RAM in the number 1 slot and all other sticks in the remaining slots?

Most importantly, since you've given us NO information about your computer, does it support the extra 512 MB? Older Windows 98 machines and such may not support the amount you've given it.

Hope this helps.

It's Hard To Proceed Any Further Unless...

..you give us more information about your computer.. Operating system, age of computer, brand name, laptop/desktop, what else you've tried to fix the issue?

Tried replacing ONLY ONE stick of RAM in the #1 slot? The the #2 slot, etc. Maybe it's only one bad slot..

Hope this helps and letus know more.
