Comptuer shuts off

My computer continuously shuts off by itself. I'm not sure why, or what might possibly be the problem so I can at least start from somewhere. I checked all 3 fans in the computer and they are all working. So, I am assuming it is not a temperature problem.

Anyone have any ideas? I am running Windows XP Home, it's a 1.2 ghz, 10 gig hd, with cd/dvd. Etc...

Any help is appreciated.

Could be your psu, is it a generic or brand name? If it's generic I would change it to a brand name and make sure it's at least 350w or above.
