Question

Compter Mouse problem

Sep 4, 2016 4:58PM PDT

If I click something on my task bar and move my mouse to click on it, the "pop up" of what I want disappears.  I have tried the alt/tab approach, tried "creeping up" on it, lol, but nothing works.  Obviously there is something not set up properly on the mouse setup.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think it's a mouse setup issue. Did you try another (wired) mouse to see if it behaves the same?

I don't understand, what "pop up"?

Normally if I click on the "icon" on the taskbar, the application should appear on the screen, but in this case it does not appear?
