Compromised computer: but is it okay to transfer MS games?

I have a computer that was compromised and ran Norton Utilities to clean it up. Norton says it is okay now but I just want to know if there would be a problem in transferring some Microsoft games from the infected computer over to my new computer. I am talking about Microsoft Solitaire Microsoft spider solitaire, Microsoft minesweeper, and Microsoft Free Cell.

select the files you want to transfer ...

then scan them with your AV and if no virus is found copy them to the other computer as they should be virus free.

If the scan finds anything avoid copying that file as it is "infected".
