compress file into a cd

i was trying to compress a file into a cd with 700mb. is it possble?and what should you use

3 CDs. Sorry but you are still not revealing needed details

Say for instance this is a video. Video files are already compressed. Same for MP3 files. All we can do is split them up across the CDs.

Again, without the gritty details I can't tell you to try TUGZIP or other.

If it is a video file, some programs can do this. They work

by cutting down the quality of the video enough to fit on your target media. Most will not, of course, work on files that have DRM protection.

Video to CD

Find something that will let you make it a VCD or SVCD and give it a try. It might just turn out viewable.
