So I had to rant I purchased a 65" Samsung 4K led frame tv. Cost me 2799.00 with tax I'm in it for 3083.00 I got my new tv on 8/16/17. Tv came totally with a smashed screen. I called within minutes Samsung ecommerce dept I actually thought I speak to somebody right away well after holding on one line for 3 damn hours I called from my second line and waited 45 min more but got threw. I got all confused info from the Samsung customer services I got a claim number and was told I would receive a RA number and return label in 3-5 days. Well they never came I called back on the 5th day wait 2 hours on hold finally hung up I started having their system call me back well 4 hours later the computer called back. Spoke to another person said I need pics after the first one said pack it up I didn't need anything. After fighting with them and hour and with my three year old trying to open the box again in my garage to take pics I got them done. Spoke to smart mouth supervisor named osmand employee number 12258609 and he promised me he corrected everything nothing happened. I was told by him I get a ra number and return shipping label to send the tv back. Nothing nothing nothing not a phone call or email nothing I called now 13 more times in the last 4 weeks still haven't gotten any results from Samsung. Other the claim numbers and more request of bullcrap info they keep asking for. I send everything they want. Now I contact my CC and they are trying to help but they said their having a problem also. I just can't believe the nonesense. I even sent USA corp CEO of Samsung a email got a general email. I would never never every buy a Samsung product of any kind ever again. They have given me the worst experience I have ever ever had. Thanks Samsung for a great experience. Your are one pile of crap company. Thanks for the broken screen 3,000 dollar tv. Jjppugs
