Complaint against Samsung employees n services

I hv a double door refrigerator which is out of warranty. Unfortunately it stopped doing cooling so I called d samsung customer care centre n they hv send an executive named Danish on d next day. He changed few parts n charged 3800. Fridge worked fine for 1day n on d next day again same issue(no cooling). So v hv called Danish again n he fixed it. Dan on d next day again fridge has stopped working. So I hv called d customer care n asked them to send a experienced staff who can fix this issue. Dan they send d guy named Shahrukh on d next day n he fixed d issue. Bt d same incident repeated dan fridge has stopped cooling. I asked Shahrukh to come n fix it but he never came so I contacted d customer care who gv me d contact no.of Samsung Technical Delhi Head Mr. Azim. He promised me n gv d assurance dat his executive vil come bt nobody came for four days n m still waiting for d past 7 days to get my fridge fixed. I was under d wrong impression dat Samsung is a gud company bt I was wrong. I wish I would hv bought d other company's refrigerator. Will not buy n vil nt advise anyone to buy any Samsung product.
