Please reply , i bought a samsung refrigerator here in Egypt 1 year back , i didnot open the carton till few days back , i called samsung service here to send technician to install it but they said that it is not necessary and i can do it myself , once i opened the carton i found crack about 8 cm in the inner layer of the freezer ( this white layer lineing the freezer) so i called them again they sent one technician who gave me report that it is new refrigerator ( not used before ) and even the tape still in its place , the handle still not fixed , but this crack is not from the production and not related to transfer ( as it is from inside only ) , they told me that i must return back to the shop where i bought it 1 year back , but iam now very confused , depressed , frustrated from the company , and i thought that once the report said that it is new and not used before so they would exchange it as the policy of the guarantee.. so i donot know what to do in this situation... please reply on me as fast as possible . I had photos for the crack , and reciept , and the technician report if you need to upload it it is ok
