Comparison

Can anyone help me to provide an unbiased comparison between SONY DSR-PD 170 & PANASONIC AG-DVC62(MAINLY FOR IMAGE/AUDIO QUALITY).I want to use these cameras for wedding photography as well as event photography because the price is a big factor and I am not sure which one is the best value for money.

One of the biggest reasons the dvc62 is less money is because it uses 1/4" ccds as the PD170 uses 1/3". This will make a huge difference in low light.
You probably won't get any answers on this forum. You will find a lot of users of both cams on Dvinfo.net

Hello Mr. Drhiberd

Thanks for you advise I will go through the site which you are suggested. I want to listen some more news if you are having about these models my main concern with video/audio quality in normal available lighting conditions and other major advantage which I feel (shoulder mount design of AG-DVC62E) but before spent the money for this model I want to compare the video quality of Sony PD 170, Sony 2100 & AG-DVC 62E.
