It's another network being built that will be the best.

Our company (a U.S. Gov't contractor in NC) has set up a new branch office in AZ. In terms of ensuring that the folks in the Phoenix office have access to the same electronic information (MS-WORD docs, MS-Excel spreadsheets, MS-PPT presentations, etc)as those in the NC office, what is the best networking technology, in terms of performance? ISDN lines or a satellite uplink/downlink? or ...?
I appreciate a response or if you could point me to some online document where these issues are discussed.
