Compared SONY DSR-300, DSR-500, JVC GY-DV500, & CANON XHA1

I was hoping to buy a small camera to replace my shoulder mounted cams. The Canon XHA1 was recommended. I compared them all in a dim light condition (just like every wedding we shoot.) All were shot in full screen and SD. All were shot in the widest lens position with the iris opened fully. The XHA1 is far inferior to all the others.
I assume HD would look better, but probably not any brighter. Take a look.
