Compare Night Mode of Sony DCR-SR models

Are there any differences in the Night Mode capabilities of the Sony DCR-SR models? Or - do all of these models have the same components and capabilities in their Night Mode? These Sony models include DCR-SR 40, DCR-SR 45, DCR-SR 60, DCR-SR 80, DCR-SR 100, DCR-SR 200, and all of the other DCR-SR models. If there are any differences then which Sony DCR-SR model has the best Night Mode capabilities, resolution, etc.?
