Compaq Presario F739AU Notebook PC

i am buying a Compaq Presario F739AU Notebook PC for my home and office
work. i will be mainly be using tally 9 and ms office on it but i know it can not
be used to play all types of pc games but even then can any one give me the names of games which can work on this laptop. so that i can rate up to what level of pc games it can play and limit my self by not installing the games which this laptop would not handle.

This is what some ebay offerings come with and while it lets you boot the machine there is no Windows or Linux or other familiar OS (for many) to use.

You may see this -> "C:\>"

Ya. That's the reason this laptop is available for 4-5k lower than other machines having similar specs.

Such a model is 599 or much less USD today with Vista running on it.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
