Answer
19.7 sounds high.

Output Voltage(s): 18.5 V is what I read on the web.

But this netbook is from 2010 so the battery should be long gone. In fact old batteries can kill motherboards. Do not put that battery in if over 2 years old.

As to the charger, use the one it came with or a replacement. Is there an untold story here?

The ac adapter output is 19.5v and 3.34a

I can't get the original AC adapter cause it has to be ordered and it takes about a mouth to reach my countrySad so what ur saying is the battery making this happen?? Shouldn't the laptop run on the charger alone?

Going over the rated input can burn out the laptop

So you have a risk it's burnt. Many laptops do run on the adapter alone but you used what looks like 2 incorrect chargers. I'd let a shop test it next. But it sounds like it's gone.

The charger I said give 14.5v is the original HP

For power supplies

There is some tolerance but I didn't find the spec here.

You did not tell how old the battery was so if it's the original, at that age they can burn out the motherboard. Old batteries unless they work (definition follows) are best never put into a laptop.

By work I'll define that as:
- 25 or more per cent capacity. That is, a 2 hour battery worn down to 30 minutes on battery time.
- No signs of issues like constant charging or higher heat levels due to constant charging.

A battery with 0.000 Volts is most likely too far gone.
