Compaq presario 800 notebook - wont startup

when I press the power button, networking LED glows followed by startup LED lights up.


- blank screen
- no HDD acitivity.

I have dimantle the components (motherboard, hDD and etc) and re-assemble back.
It did startup good but after I turned it off..
it failed to startup again!
