Compaq Persario F-700 Won't Start

Worked Fine Yesterday But Will Not Boot Up Today? All It Does When I Push The Power Button Is Come On For About 10 Seconds And Go Off!! All Lights Come On But That's It!! If You Hold The Power Button Down It Repeats This Every 10 Seconds!!! Any Body have An Idea What's Going On?? Thanks Tommy.

P.S. Did Everything From Removing The Battery and Charger and Holding Power Button For Two Minutes Pushing Power and Function Together and Every Other Button with No Response!!!

Figure that you did your research so no reason to repeat it's design issue. I'd ebay off the parts after you get your files off the HDD or turn the HDD into some USB external.

That series laptop had a bad run with hardware problems. Once it does the symptoms described, it usually requires a visit to the repair shop. A unit that old might just be more advantage to file 13. Back in the day when there were many more on the market, you could find a repair shop that was doing a flat rate repair of $100 US.
