Compactflash vs. Microdrive - which is better?

Can anybody out there tell me which is better? I'll be using them with a Canon EOS 20D.

The only thing the microdrive had going for itself was capacity. They are not noted for great speed.

The compact-flash cards have now met that capacity.

With the Canon 20D, they suggest you use very fast compact-flash cards, to take advantage of the continuous shutter speed ability of the 20D.
