If a camera is equivalent to a DSLR camera ..... it is a DSLR camera.

You need to spell out what features you want the camera to have and what features you do not want it to have.

And what price range are you thinking about?
(my guess is that the price can vary from about $350 to $1,000)

Perhaps you are thinking of something like the Fujifilm X10:

Do you have a DSLR and want something smaller, or are you hoping the new compacts will work as well as a DSLR? If it is the latter, there really is no such camera. If there were, camera companies would have no reason to sell DSLR's.

The closest you will come to a compact that has the image quality of a DSLR is either the Sony NEX cameras, or the Fujifilm X100. Both use digital sensors that are identical in size to DSLR's. But other factors make them not quite the replacement for a DSLR.

Found it ?

Thank you for your reply, Snapshot. Yes, a silly question, perhaps. I should have mentioned "DSLR like". I did mentioned it is for travel. I think I have found what I was looking for, the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ150. What do you think ?

About the only thing DSLR-like about it is its form factor. That said, it is probably the best superzoom currently available. You can get similar image quality with a slightly less powerful zoom lens but a much smaller form factor with cameras such as the Canon SX230 HS or Sony HX9V.
