Compact Flash Cards (CF) Providing USB Ports

CF cards come with GPS and External VGA Ports, so why not USB? Im trying to connect an external USB Drive to an IPAQ with only a CF connection.

Ive checked ebay and web searches have yielded nothing but those PC based CF Adapters.

Please advise if you know what Im looking for exists/doesnt exist, and what its other names are and mfrs. Thanks.

Connect over wifi to a drive that is on a wifi nas.
