comp freezes

my comp always freezes i cant close down or press ctrl+alt+delete i need 2 press my reset button and my puter ends up scannin 4 disk error once thats finished it tries 2 load and doesnt so i need ctrl+alt+delete til it finially loads but im not on puter that long til it happens again any 1 any clues on whtas wrong ty sharon xxxx

You need to give us some more info.. What OS. processor speed, RAM, video subsystem, anything that you have added to your machine since you purchased it like extra harddrives, memory, or anything else you have done since shortly before this problem started occouring.

hi im using microsoft windows me 120.omb ram processor genuineintel~902mhz i havent added any new hardware i use avg7 antivirus software could this b my problem hope this gives u a better idea of my problem lol
