So, yeah, Comcast phoned in and asked 'how about'.
But really, don't tell me that 'they are listening to their customers..'. Obviously, once they are threatening to leave, there seems to be some action. If they were genuinely concerned and actually listening to the customers, Comcast would throttle the bandwidth for p2p and other protocols.
