My brother uses Constant Contact at a few thousand more on the list. I don't think it's an all in one CRM but it works for him.
I need to get started with a CRM and I definitely want to take advantage of marketing automation. I’d like to stay under $100 a month to begin with and I’m starting with less than 1000 contacts.
ActiveCampaign looks like my best bet if I want and all-in-one CRM Plus marketing automation. And yes, there are many others out there in my price range but this looks the best to me so far.
But my hesitation is that there is less community support, YouTube tutorial, user forum posts, etc. for these smaller companies.
So I’m also considering Salesforce CRM which looks great and of course has a huge community and I’ll ceetainly find answers when I’m googling my problems. The scalability is nice and integrations are plentiful.
But Salesforce automation starts at over $1000 a month. So for affordable automation I’d have to integrate with other services like Drip, MailChimp, etc. using PieSync, Zapier, or built in integrations where possible. I’m wondering if relying on a lot of third parties will cause headaches.
Would you recommend going with an all-in-one CRM + automation platform with less community support or going with a widely used CRM and integrating automation services of choice?
