s3 pro savage ddr graphics card
xp home edition with SP2
224 mb ram
windows media v10
quicktime media player 6.5.2
HP dvd writer 420n (cd/cdr/cdrw/dvd/dvdr/dvdrw)
lite-on combo sohc 5232k (CD/CD-r/Cdrw/dvd-r)
1. Is that the latest video driver?
2. How do you know?
3. Does it do the same on other monitors?
4. What video mode setting are you using?

2 i checked the website off the manurfacturer
3 dont have any others but checked dvds on other dvd player and ps2 an no problems. besides nothing else has problems just dvds and some movie trailers.
4 video mode as in? resolution or colours or ntsc too pal?
You're close. I found one such person running at 64,000 colors and it was off.
Also, some dvd player software has color controls. I don't recall you mentioning this.
