Did you get the answer to your question? I just got the same TV, and seeing the same issue. I'm trying to figure out what the appropriate settings are to get this great picture and not having much luck.
If you found the right settings, please share.

1st time poster,
Anyways, trying to help my mom with her new Samsung UN40EH5050F that she picked up from Costco. Reds and blues appear way to satured other colors appearing more drab.
Also, the picture looks clearer watching OTA DTV shows rather than the HD shows on Hulu using my PS3.
