Lexar 128 compact flashcard installed in Cuddeback trail camera. Used Sandisk Imagemate 12 in 1 to download to 2000xp. Horizontal color bands appear in images . Cuddeback tested camera ok no problem.

Change each part one a time to see where the issue is.

And always try formating another card in the camera.

It is possible that cuddlecam doesn't use a standard image file on the card and expected owners to download via a cable. But with no URL, I can only guess.

Also, did you ship them that card and reader for testing?

I have never heard of this type of digital camera but it is fine example of how digital camera technology can be used to create specialty cameras.

Strong flash, motion sensors, slow frame rate movies, time laps, etc.

To a taxi camera I worked on. We had issues at first getting the jpeg tuned in. And we did have a few returns because not all CF cards work in our system. But that's speciality products for you.
