These are the points of the assignment and ive scoured the web for info and found nothing, i dont know where to turn now:

Identify the key value propositions for your chosen company
Identify their customers and users*
Identify the data to which they have access
Identify existing uses of that data
Identify possible new uses of that data
Identify the technologies that are most appropriate for implementing these new uses
