Yes. It works. But an ongoing problem is that the end-user support is a minefield. Users that don't have an operational WiFi will pay for such and then complain bitterly their connection doesn't work.

"It's your fault..." And to prove it's not, you get to fix their PC/Mac/device.

Maybe the coin-operated method will be the answer without local support?
