i've received a message in my outlook express that I can read but my co-worker who has received the same message cannot. the message was created using excel. While mine is clear and legible the other has the data in the fields overlapping. Tried to change the text size but no response.

What is the file exyention at the end of it?

Depending how it was saved and whether they have the same version on Excel or not.

Hope this helps.

Since you both

Since you both are using the same version of Excel and it was saved as a\ .xls extention, then I would look at this

Go to the control panel

Click on Internet options

click on Programs

Check to make sure the programs you are using are correct.

I had this problem a while back. I had saved a Microsoft Works Spreadsheet and the could not open it at work. When I saved it I had to save as an Excel 97-2000 product so everyone could open it.

If this does not work, maybe you'd want to post your question here
