CNN's Lou Dobbs home & wife shot at

by James Denison / November 4, 2009 7:41 AM PST

Seems the open borders groups are continuing to target him for standing up for immigration control. Dobbs works for CNN, but blames liberal media for the abuse he's been undergoing since he took his pro-American stance. Maybe he'll get fired, like John Stossel did from ABC news when Stossel did an expose on Obamacare. Stossel now is at FOX.

Dobbs continued, "But this shot was fired with my wife not, I don't know, 15 feet away, and we had threatening phone calls that I decided not to report because I get threatening phone calls."

Reached early Thursday at her home, Dobbs' wife, Debi Lee Segura, told Foxnews.com that she was outside the house when the shot was fired in her direction. The investigators who responded to the call were told that Dobbs and his wife were outside their home when they heard a gunshot, and a bullet struck their attic.

The way the MSM has gone angry after 20/20's John Stossel leaving ABC to FOX has not been commendable. Rejection is a difficult thing to accept I guess, lol.

I'm not that big on Dobbs anyway...

Stossel was a victim of telling the truth. He's not even that political, but many on the left cannot abide by facts when they don't fit their prejudices.

(NT) that's a really good assessment of Stossel.

The same might as easily be said of the Right.

Many on the Right cannot abide ?facts? and contrary opinion when they don't fit their prejudices. But let's all acknowledge that that is an inherent human truth. It is hard to accommodate contrary opinions to those one has come to believe are true.

I have no opinion on the Stossel issue, having not seen the program. Having said that, I have seen many reports on US news about the Canadian, British, German, French and Scandinavian systems which did not comply with my knowledge, much of it personal, with those systems.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
