I had requested that the TechTracker team respond to your inquiry, but unfortunately the support team does not seem to have done so. If you have not received a response by mid next week, once the team is back from the holidays, I will submit another request on your behalf. In the mean time, my only suggestion is to try changing your registered email back and trying to run the scan again, a potential solution if the database was not correctly updated.

P.S. VersionTrackerPro is no longer being developed and is being replaced by TechTracker, a free alternative. At this time, I do not know what kind of support will continue to be provided for VTP, if partial refunds will be offered, etc, though I would encourage you to ask Customer Support once you reach them.

I would like to ask a question. I've been a member of VersionTrack Pro for over 10 years and this year was notified that CNET had taken over. I am having problems since I changed my e-mail address this past weekend: I can sign in to my account and check everything but can not check my computer against my VersionTracker Pro account. I also see that VersionTracker Pro only checks to Mac OSX 10.5. Can anyone help me with this problem?
