1.) There's a Cnet Help Center link at the bottom of nearly every page; that'll let you contact Customer Support directly via email.
2.) There is an ongoing download issue unrelated to TechTracker that's likely the source of your issue. Have a look at some of the latest threads in our Download.com forum for existing suggestions.

Hi, Anyone know how to contact Cnet direct? I have done the latest Snet Tracker software scan and have 3 updates pending. When I click to download, it just goes back to the download page. The download does not start and there is no place asking if it may be downloaded. Thanks for your help
