Cnet Online Web Design Course

I took an online Web Design course in 2005. I knew absolutely nothing at the get go, but the course enabled me to start editing our local non-profit site very quickly. I took all the tests and proceeded to download the course in pdf format to use for reference, but my hard drive crashed and I lost it. Does anyone have the pdf file?
