I got so busy reading and replying about many subjects that I almost forgot why I'm here lol.
Ok can I get help with older software drivers not able to download in windows 7? One being a veo web cam, when I insert the disk, windows 7 won't download the driver and the veo site does not excist. I found the same cam for sale here on CNET and click on were it says available to buy, and no site there eather.
Thanks in advance and I just love the forums.

Looks Like That Site Is Dead
Aug 27, 2010 1:18PM PDT

If you'll note the CNET Download "Date Added" for that product, it indicates October 2002.. That's a long time ago and I doubt that Windows 7 drivers are available, but who knows... I'll guess the site is no longer in operation.. Still, a search of Google finds a number of websites which seem to contain drivers for the Veo WebCam. Give them a try.

Hope this helps.

Thank you Grif
I will try google. Do you think Microsoft site would have drivers that would work?

Nope, They Might Be Out There Somewhere...

...but I doubt MS has them.. If the manufacturer's site is gone, then it's very possible Win7 drivers for that device will be unavailable.. A custom driver created by someone might be on the net, but who knows.. Maybe not..

It may be easier to get something newer with Windows 7 drivers.

Hope this helps.
