I'm having trouble with my CNET Tracker. I tried scanning my computer but a message box appears and says General scan error. What will I do?

Oh... I come from Romania and left at rest cnet.com download section for a handfull of years. Now I'm back. You're doing a great job ! Love & Peace !

I'm back to download a newer version of Win-NC program from author Gheisler . Love it, but it doesn't worth me 38USD, and slows down my system like one of that crawly things with a spiral house on it's back. Yeah, and it crawls on leaves, get along slowly and in Europe is considered a royalty-dish. It has two antennas to catch the flying-by VHF waves faster than a Mig29.
