Hello to everyone, i'm searching a very good Content Management System, an alternative to Kerio Workspace (now Samepage), do you know any on promise software?
I'm testing Sense/NET but it's hard to manage.
Thank you

That I'm going to answer that you need to let your IT work this but first tell them what you need. Sometimes the upper management gets too involved and wants it to be something they can use. What a mess that is.

Alternative Workspace
Aug 30, 2016 8:31AM PDT

I'm searching an alternative to my workspace.

I need a software to install on a Windows Platform or a Virtual Appliance for Hyper-V.

Each user ( 5- 10 ) will have its own board with their own space, their own files and can decide what content to share with others.

For example, the user Pippo creates a new space, upload a document and share it with the user Pluto.

When Pluto comments, update or adds new content appear a notification to Pippo's board and Pippo's email.

Ok?

To me that's a DMS or document management system.

Now that you know what you want, you assign the job to your IT to find, procure, install and maintain your system.

Not everyone is up to running what you wrote about and given it's a business, you often need technical staff to make it work.
