Why the double post?

Why not just respond to your other post which asked the same question, only with "windows" instead of "links"?

http://forums.cnet.com/5208-6142_102-0.html?forumID=5&threadID=235050&messageID=2411047&tag=mcnt#2411047

And maybe you better explain exactly what it is you're talking about. It sounds like you're talking about tabs (check the "tab" link at the top for a graphical example), but it's hard to say for sure. So why don't you figure that out, then go respond to your original question with the necessary details.

double post about internet explorer

I do'nt know how else to explain my problem, but when I have multiple windows opened, I SHOULD be able to close each window seperately, rather than All of then closeing at the same time when I close one window. When that happens, I lose the original web site I was on, and have to access the web site all over again.. I do thank you for your trying to help me....

IE7 works differently
by Stan Chambers / February 23, 2007 10:23 AM PST

It has tabbed browsing, which many prefer. If you click on the X in the upper right corner, as you did with IE6, it closes all windows. You will need to click on the individual tabs to close each window. Visit the site from the link, posted in my previous post.

Not saying that's it. Just try it so I'll know too.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
