Yes, some have severe issues with USB devices and not other USB devices. This drives people nuts since most think that if some printer/mouse/other devices work on USB, when they find something that doesn't work they can't accept that USB is not so black and white.

Sometimes I can solve it by motherboard drivers and other times you add a PCI USB card to avoid replacing the motherboard.

i bought a clicsmart 820 4 months ago and the problem i had with it was that it was blocking my computer every 4 hours and turning the screen blue with an error mesage. i replaced it with another new clicksmart 820, the one i'm using now and same thing happens except that i no longer receive that message but only restarts the computer and blocks it b4 it actually restarts completely. Is there anything i can reset about it so that won't happen again? I also used a clicksmart 510 that didn't cause any problems of this sort and was perfectly compatible with the computer.And, can i get a reply directly on my e-mail adress from the logitech support team?
