Chrome and other browsers have reset procedures that dust off all add ons. When I must be sure the browser is clean, I reset them.

HOW DO I RESET CHROME?
So i got a popup on chrome and it said click here to close this window. Ofc i didnt click there but i pressed the button next to the ''ADD TO CHROME'' button that said no leave or something like that. After i did that chome went into fullscreen mode so i spammed esc and closed the window down. I ran AntiMalwere scan and Windows Defender scan and didnt find anything. I havent noticed anything wierd going on after... Am i safe ? and if im not safe. How do i know if i have a virus.
