Good day. I have a problem connecting my two cameras. I changed my internet provider,so i installed a new wifi router. Since i did that my two cameras could not be connected. I did not knew what to do to connect them , so i signed out and then signed in with a new email and tried to add the cameras from the start. When i connect my camera with the power supply both of the indicators are in steady blue colour. When i press the wifi button for three seconds,nothing changes. The camera is shown on my android smartphone wifi connection,but it cannot connect using 11111111 What should i do?
I have 3 Clever Dog Wi-Fi cameras and they have been working very well for the last year however since last week the cameras are being recognised by the Android app but cannot connect to the WiFi. I do not know why.
