1. Create a System Restore point or other reliable backup in case a mistake is made.
2. Go to Start > Run > type in ''regedit'' w/o the quotes and click on OK.
3. In the left hand pane navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
4. In the right hand pane under ''Name'' double click on Window Title. Change or type in your desired text.
If the name Window Title does not exist, right click in an empty area in the right pane and left click on ''String Value''. For the name of the new value type ''Window Title'' w/o the quotes and hit Enter.
5. Double click on the new value name ''Window Title'' and type your desired text in the Value Data box and hit Enter.
5. It may be necessary to restart the computer for the change to take effect.
Hope this helps.

Okay, in the title bar of my Internet Explorer it says Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by SBC Yahoo! DSL. I got rid of this service about 3 years ago but now I would like to know how to get rid of it. I now have Verizon FIOS, so maybe I could put that there. Any help appreciated.
