Clean up Qs

So I put "size:gigantic" in the search bar in my pc laptop to find/delete really big & unwanted files. I found several I want to save in my external hd, but also had no idea what
several others were. Such as:
"CurrentDatabase" files with a music note symbol on the icon, & .vob files that I can't open.

Scared to delete for fear it may interfere with things I want to keep. Advice?
