Then the answer is no.

Okay, for the time being, i'm helping the school libary set up the online category. They usually pay some dude $75 an hour. The dude installed clean slate 3.0. They don't want to call him until the school gets new computers and the entire libary staff have no clue what the password he has for clean slate 3.0. Now i don't want to set it up for them every morning before school. I create a shortcut on the desktop only to have it delted after they shutdown for the day.
1. Is there a way to bypass clean slate 3.0 and store the shortcut somewhere safe?
2. Also since the catalog is now online, is there a way to lock the address bar to prevent students from going to other websites. Now i push F10 and the address bar disappears, but anyone who knows will push Ctrl L to open another webpage, or push f11 to exit expanded mode. Is there any way to lock the address bar from showing. Can this be done with clean slate 3.0.
Oh ya, this is on windows 95 machines. Ancient ones that lagg a lot. Pentium S? 75Mhz. Any help appreciated, not sure if this can be answered though due to forum policies.
