clean boot

Jun 5, 2005 7:59AM PDT

I did a clean boot of my ME trying to find the error causing lockups. I did msconfig and under general tab removed all checked boxes in selective startup. I checked StateMgr, ok, yes and system rebooted. Did msconfig again and ok.
S
StateMgr was only thing in box which was greyed out. I know that their should be nothing in those boxes. Does this mean StatrMgr is faulty or what. Can it be replaced, repaired or what and if not, does it mean the end of my ME. mech174
