clean background noise, extract audio & voice transformation

Hi,

currently I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 7, Magix Edit Pro 14 Plus and AVS Video Editor 4. OS: Vista Premium.

How to clean background noise, extract audio from video file & voice transformation (from female to male)?
I've tried to clean background noise, but it seemed not perfect yet.
Do I need a different program to perform these tasks?

You might try Adobe Audition 3.0 this in not cheep, it is professional sound editing software.
Also Sony Vegas video editing software is very good.
As for changing the voice you need to change the pitch, Audition can do this. John
