clcapsvc module error

I have install Ati Catalysy Media Center on my PC.For the first month it was working but now it give the folowing message "clcapsvc module error" i try to use it and also when i start my PC.I have Windows XP pro sp2, 1.5 gig of memory, Compaq EVO 2.53 mghz and ATI TV Wonder 200.Thank for the help
