So where is the issue.

Sorry for the yes/yet typo. Real time grammar checking is still a few years from now.

Since it's your PC you would run your Windows AV there and when you pass a document to the Mac there is currently a zero percent chance it will be infected with a Windows virus.

How & where can I find these infected files? (NAV Mac 11.X shows NO infected files...

Quarantine

Don't you have to designate where the Quarantine folder is?

Is ClamXav looking for a folder called "Quarantine" in which to place the files it thinks are infected?

Those 10 infected files will not harm your Mac but may cause a problem for unprotected Windows users that you may send them to, unknowingly of course.

Yes, I assigned "Infected" folder for ClamXav.
And thanks for telling me not to worry about the infected files on my iMac. Happy
